Dining Options
In keeping with the design of Vasinh Residence, our dining options offer a fusion of Asian and western cuisine with a modern twist. Guests can take breakfast, lunch, or dinner in our spacious restaurant facing to the pool. Our Poolside Bar offers light refreshments, a full menu of alcoholic and soft drinks, and an extensive list of cocktails. It is the perfect place to unwind after a long day spent viewing the famous temples of Angkor.
Mini Breakfast
For breakfast, we offer a wide-ranging buffet comprising Continental or American styles, delivered with touches of Khmer creativity. There is also an International option comprising a choice of bread, Danish pastries, cakes, butter, jam, and honey. Eggs, a range of fruit juices, coffee and tea are also part of our extensive breakfast menu.
Lunch
We offer an all-day dinning lunch menu with á la cart and set menu options. A buffet lunch is also available on request.
Dinner
Khmer cuisine has rarely received the attention it deserves. We therefore offer our guests an all-day dining menu that includes a range of classic Khmer recipes including Amok, our mouth-watering national dish. Cambodia is blessed with a variety of fresh seafood, and this is included in our menu options. Guests can also choose from our extensive selection of Western-style cuisine.

As the sun begins to set on the bustling city below, the Sky Bar comes alive with a vibrant energy that’s impossible to resist. From the top of the roof-top building, patrons are treated to an unforgettable experience, as the
warm glow of the sun slowly dips below the horizon, casting a mesmerizing array of colors across the sky.
As you take a seat at the bar, the expert mixologists craft exquisite
cocktails, cocktails, and beer selection with the refreshments that perfectly complement the stunning views. Sipping on your drink, you watch as the colors of the sky change from orange to pink to purple, creating a captivating display.
